10h00	On arrival at OR Tambo Intl Airport, meet the Event Team at the FlySafair check-in counters, Terminal B, prior to checking in for your flight.
10h20	Check-in for your domestic flight to Cape Town.
11h50	Depart Johannesburg on the service of FlySafair. Flight FA 202 for Cape Town. Flying time: 02 hrs 15mins
14h05	Arrive at Cape Town Intl Apt, collect your luggage, and make your way to the Arrivals Hall where you will be met by your guide (holding Epson signage) and transferred to the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront.
15h00	On arrival at the hotel enjoy a refreshing drink, check in and receive your room key. Luggage will be sent directly to your room. There will be drinks and a few canapes on the deck for those who would like to enjoy this.
18h00	Meet in the hotel lobby for your dinner transfer.
18h30	Stop at Signal Hill en route to take in the breath-taking views across the City Bowl and Table Bay.

The Weather

In November things start hotting up as summertime arrives in Cape Town. Days are generally hot with clear skies and temperatures often climb over 30°C. Rain is scarce and evenings are warm and pleasant.

Packing Tips

Please pack any liquids over 100ml and all sharp objects into your checked baggage.
All liquids up to 100ml can be placed in a zip-lock bag and stored in your carry-on baggage.

Please take note of baggage allowances for checked baggage prior to flying:

Hand Luggage

Two free carry-on bags. The larger of the two should not weigh more than 7kg. This bag must fit in the storage compartment in the cabin. The smaller of the two should not exceed 40cm x 15cm x 20cm and must fit under the seat in front of you.
