Important Information
Flights: Each colleague is responsible for booking their own flights via Concur. Please book your flights as quickly as possible to limit expenses.
Car Hire: Colleagues responsible for booking their own car hire. Please share car hire with as many colleagues as possible to limit expenses.
Accomodation: Your cottages have been booked and you will receive a payment link from Boschendal to process your payment with your company credit card. If you do not have a company credit card to process payment please contact Rachelle Brasler.
On arrival, please take your suitcase with you to the Retreat (conference area).
There will be a shuttle service between your accommodation and all other conference venues. You will also be able to use your hired car to get between venues.
Conference Dress Code: Business Casual, i.e. no sandals, t-shirts or shorts.
Gala Dinner Dress Code: Formal, the theme for the dinner is ‘A touch of Blue’ if you would like to dress according to the theme.
Drinks: Drinks will be limited to local beer, wine, ciders, tea, coffee, juices, soft drinks and water.
